Cancellation Policy
Deposits may be retained in the following circumstances: 1. Failure to attend the reservations (no-show) 2. Reduction in guest numbers without a minimum of 48 hours prior notice 3. Cancellation of the reservation with less than 48 hours notice.

Please note that reservations for tables of 8 guests or more will be subject to a 10% discretionary service charge.

All event bookings must be secured with a deposit. The full balance is required no later than four weeks prior to the event date. Failure to settle the remaining balance by this time may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6months only. Vouchers must be fully redeemed at time of use and are not redeemable on key calender selected dates (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Day & Hogmanay)
All customers with vouchers must pay the deposit at time of booking.
Any of the deposit amount unused at time of dining will be refunded onto the original payment method
